How it works

Four steps to a rotation

01

Send your tickets

Drop your certs, medical and CV. We check them against the role spec the same working day.

02

We match you

We only put you forward for roles your tickets actually cover — and quote the day rate up front.

03

Client interview

Short technical call with the operator or drilling contractor. We prep you on the rig and the crew.

04

Mobilise

Travel, PPE and offshore induction arranged. We stay on the booking until you're back on the beach.

No surprises

Rates and rotations, on the table

Day rate in writing, before interview

You know the number, the rotation and the travel terms before you invest a day.

Never a fee to candidates

We are paid by the operator. You should never pay a recruiter to find you work offshore.

We answer on the beach, not just at mobilisation

Rotations change. Crew fall through. Our job is the whole booking, not the first invoice.

Questions

Straight answers

Do I pay anything to be placed?
No. We are paid by the operator or drilling contractor who hires you. Any request to pay a fee up front — for a "guaranteed slot", a ticket, or a placement — is a scam. Report it and walk away.
What rotation will I work?
Most offshore roles run 2/2, 3/3 or 4/4, with rotations of 21–28 days. Rotation is quoted with the role so you can see the shape of your year before you accept.
Which tickets do I need before applying?
The standard pack is BOSIET with CA-EBS, HUET, MIST and a current OGUK/ENG1 medical, plus a valid passport. Technical roles add their own: IWCF well control for drilling, COMPEX for hazardous-area electrical work, coded welder certificates for fabrication, and stage 3 crane competence for lifting.
Do you place people with no offshore experience?
Yes, into entry roles such as roustabout, steward and galley positions — provided your survival and medical tickets are in date. Transferable trade experience (mechanical, electrical, catering, medical) genuinely counts. We'll be honest if a role needs time on type.
Do you cover travel and accommodation?
Mobilisation travel is arranged and covered by the hiring operator, and it is stated in the terms before you accept. Accommodation offshore is provided on the installation.
Which regions do you recruit for?
Primarily the North Sea (UK and Norwegian sectors), the Gulf of Mexico and West Africa, with ad-hoc campaigns elsewhere. Right-to-work requirements vary by region and we confirm them before submitting you.
How quickly can I be mobilised?
When your tickets are current and the client's induction is already held, we have mobilised people in under 10 days. Anything needing a survival course or medical first will take longer — we'll tell you the real timeline.
